THE TASTING MENU
On weekends and by night we offer two full menus that the chef changes every other week or depending on the availability of the product in the market. It is the TASTING MENU (€ 30 VAT included) and CAN JAN MENU (€ 45 VAT included). Both start with an appetizer in cream shape and our crunching special can Jan. A dish from the sea, one from the land, a main course to choose (we usually give the option of meat or fish) and finish with a sweet end. We always have our special Tatin cake of Binissalem’s grape with carob ice cream (a dish that we can never get out of the tasting menu) in case anyone wants it to, despite the desserts are also changing with the menu. And now you also have one more step. You can choose Can Jan menu where the chef offers an additional main course and a fruity dessert before the final one. And yes, despite the fact that we only serve tasting menus, if one day you are not really hungry and would like to sit down to eat at can Jan, you can choose some of our menu dishes and we will serve you as a main dish so you will also enjoy eating (the menu or the dishes’ option is only served for a complete table). To pair with the menu we offer a glass of wine, a jar (3 cups) or the whole bottle because we have a very slicky wine prices.
